About Me

While I was teaching, I always loved creating lesson plans with engaging concepts and videos which made me thinking to use my creativity as an eLearning developer. I did my certification in Instructional Designing formerly called Learning Experience Design from Association for Talent Development (ATD) to progress in my career. 

I am passionate about creating learner focused trainings and learning material. My mantra is to keep it simple yet effective and engaging for the learners and perform formative and summative assessments which helps me evaluate the learning data and the effectiveness of the course for any improvements.  Throughout the course of my teaching and corporate career, I have perfected my instructional material development using different authoring tools/software, curriculum development, and assessing educational needs abilities. I am highly motivated and progress-focused eLearning designer with LMS Admin experience. 

I have a proven track record of designing innovative and impactful learning solutions for a range of audiences. I have expertise in various design tools and technologies, and I have a deep understanding of the principles of instructional design and adult learning theory. I have a long-standing background in education and development industry and I am always eager to learn and grow.
