Basic Customer Service Skills

This is demo project explaining basic customer service soft skills and their importance. 

How many times you have called a customer service and have had a pleasant experience? If the customer service representatives have the best soft skills but lack in some technical issues, they can still make the customer happy by assuring them that the customer is being heard and will be taken care of. This is possible only if the customer service representatives have a deep understanding of the soft skills and their importance. 

Therefore, customer service representatives should be well trained in their soft skills in order to provide the excellent customer service.

Visual Design

To visualize my project, I used Miro. Miro helped me envision the branching scenarios and the check points for questions. With Miro, I could visualize the learner experience and the course's interactivity. 

Storyboarding

Storyboarding helped me create a draft of my thoughts/knowledge in the form of words. I was able to visualize the flow in my slides and content. Also, when creating the slides in storyline, this storyboarding accelerated the development process since I had all details laid out in this template.

Development in Storyline

After storyboarding, I developed the course in Articulate storyline with branching scenarios. For the development of this course I used the shapes, images, illustrations from storyline and power point.
